BRMILLER/LaTeXML-0.8.0_01.tar.gz has the same problem.

Ouch; I'd fixed (the wrong) one; turns out there were others. They're hard to find (w/o perl 5.21) Hope I got them all in 0.8.0_02. Thanks;

There are other issues with 0.8.0_02 (see http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=LaTeXML ), but the regexp issue is resolved.
