Subject: skip Build.PL, Makefile.PL, FromCode files
Some of this is repeated from earlier tickets that were closed. FromCode files haven't necessarily gotten their contents finalized yet (or needs to be delayed beyond the filemunger phase), and should be skipped. Build.PL and Makefile.PL are still templates at the FileMunger phase and should also be skipped. Even more helpful would be to compose the FileFinderUser role, so users can skip any files they need to.
