As per subject. Current bleadperl has it already removed, and for quite a while there was a warning when CGI.pm was used that it woud be removed soon. CGI-Alert will have to declare it as a dependency for all these perls.

There a lots of other fail reports around for multiple reasons. But getting one reason nailed down may open the view on the others.
