Subject: POD: link to Mozilla::PublicSuffix in SEE ALSO
For many use cases, when users want a TLD list they should instead use the PublicSuffix list: https://publicsuffix.org/ . To increase the awareness of the PublicSuffix list, it would be helpful to link also to https://publicsuffix.org/ and Mozilla::PublicSuffix in the SEE ALSO section of the POD.
