Subject: Validation fails when Signer's Name is upper case
Beginning in version 0.18 RRSIG.pm does not canonicalize (RFC 4034 section 6.2) the RRSIG Signer's Name in _CreateSigData. An RRSIG record with an upper-case Signer Name fails validation.
