Subject: recognize Module::Runtime module-loading functions
Module::Runtime implements some function for module loading, e.g. require_module(), use_module(). It would be nice to recognize these - of course only when the parameter that names the module to load is a string literal).

Implemented in Module::ScanDeps 1.16
