Subject: consider changing IRC link in metadata to use 'IRC' field
The most common field used for IRC information in metadata is IRC (meta v1) or x_IRC (meta v2). If that field is used, MetaCPAN will show a link for it on the dist pages.

Since this dist is currently using Module::Build, and specifying extra metadata in meta v1.4 form, it should be as simple as changing 'Chat' in resources to 'IRC'.
