Subject: Inline::C not declared as a prerequisite
Recently the Inline and Inline::C distributions were separated. This means a CPAN distribution which needs Inline::C has to specifically declare it in PREREQ_PM. See http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/38dd7072-389d-11e4-b182-36dccc4edbc1 for a fail report where Inline was installed, but Inline::C was not.

Seems to be fixed in 0.05.
