Subject: Many problems with module.
There are lots or problems with all versions up to v 1.06. Tests failing, installation failing, missing directories, incorrect meta data. All of these problems you would have encountered if you'd tried to install your module on your own machine. The module name does not adhere to cpan naming conventions. The installation issue that you have reported to CPAN module Speedometer have been resolved . after proper testing , i have uploaded version 1.07. now this version you can install.
