Add support for author, release, and automated testing

Currently Test::Is only knows about extended and interactive testing. The Lancaster Consensus lists five adjectives; these are the other three.

This is a design choice to not support these other environment variables.

"author" and "release" are not adjectives. "test is author", "test is release" are not correct english sentences.
"test is automated" has another meaning than "test only if testing is automated".
