Subject: please mark as deprecated, and fix reverse dependencies
as per ribasushi on irc recently, this distribution is no longer needed and should be clearly documented as such. There are four prereqs on cpan, all of which should be informed of this change and patched to use Test::Exception instead.

The metadata should contain: x_deprecated => 1
