Bug #98385 for MIME-Types: .txt extension change in types.db

.txt extension change in types.db

The types.db changes between 2.04 and 2.05 includes a change for files with the ".txt" extension: -txt;text/plain +txt;text/x-cmake which is somewhat of an unexpected mapping, and causes failures in code that depends on MIME::Types (such as Dancer).

The scan of one of the new sources (definition tables) was not perfect.
