Bug #98318 for RT-Extension-MandatoryOnTransition: Custom Field Groupings

Hey guys, I'm on RT 4.2 with version 0.6 of your plugin. If I use custom field groupings in RT core, it seems to break the plugin for me. After a bit of troubleshooting, it looks like the custom field groupings feature adds the group name to the to the html input's id and name attributes, thus the extension is no longer able to find the element. This could very well be my setup or that I've incorrectly installed/configured the extension and RT, but If not, I figured I should submit a bug report.
