Subject: Usage of Mail::Mailer is broken on Win32
Hi, I just broke my CPAN testing setup by upgrading Test::Reporter from (I believe) 1.20 to 1.26. The culprit was Mail::Mailer, which claims to work on Win32, but seemingly doesn't. I simply used the Net::SMTP fallback by setting the relevant debug hook, but maybe you want to always use Net::SMTP on Win32 instead of mucking around with a local sendmail program or some such? -max

Hm, okay. I've patched Test::Reporter to avoid Mail::Send on cygwin or MSWin32 (ActiveState). Thanks for the report! Please let me know if 1.27 (just uploaded to CPAN) resolves your issue. - R.
