Placeholder ticket for an idea that's come up a few times:
It's traditional to support global keybindings like Alt-F to open the File menu, would be nice to have this feature in ::Menu as well.
There's also global keybindings for specific menu actions - Ctrl-S to save file, Ctrl-Q to quit.
Most Windows APIs (and Turbovision) used to use the term 'accelerator keys' for the "File" => Alt-F mapping, often indicated by '&File' rather than a separate configuration setting to define the key for an entry.
Global keybindings probably apply elsewhere in Tickit widgets, not sure we have a convenient API for hooking into these yet?
