It appears most POD in Alien::GvaScript have this issue, so this is probably intended as the aim seems to document the JS API. But this makes broken links on MetaCPAN: for example, the "Tree navigator" link from https://metacpan.org/pod/App::AutoCRUD#Generalities -- Olivier Mengué - http://perlresume.org/DOLMEN
