Subject: version 0.37 is unauthorized
At some point in the past `cpan-outdated -p | cpanm` had upgraded bignum to 0.37, but on a recent run it downgraded from 0.37 to 0.32. Although http://search.cpan.org/dist/bignum/ shows the latest official version of bignum as 0.37, the package index is now listing the latest version as 0.32, and metacpan [1] is showing 0.37 as unauthorized.
