Subject: Proposed new metric: lead module doesn't have a DESCRIPTION
Hi, How about a metric which flags if the (lead) module doesn't have a DESCRIPTION section in the pod. For example, App::Netdisco doesn't. https://metacpan.org/pod/App::Netdisco This means that MetaCPAN doesn't have a summary of the module to present: https://metacpan.org/search?q=App%3A%3ANetdisco Cheers, Neil
