Use of uninitialized value in multiplication (*) at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.3/AI/NeuralNet/BackProp.pm line 1073. <-- The culprit is $self->{random}
I was able to fix several other bugs/typos/quirks in the attached file, this bug is where I gave up (I have *never* seen a CPAN module this buggy...).
The module I'm using is AI::NeuralNet::BackProp version 0.89 with Perl 5.8.3 under Fedora Core 2 version 2.6.10-1.9
