Subject: can not edit error report on Windows
The only editor I can get to work with CPANPLUS on Windows is Notepad (I also tried Emacs and Wordpad). However, Notepad can not save files without a .txt extension. Therefore, I humbly request that the error-report tempfile be named with a .txt extension. Thank you.

This is indeed a Test::Reporter issue; I've instructed T:R to add '.txt' by default when calling edit_comments(), which will probably help others too. Thanks for the report, MTHURN! If I could have you upgrade to Test::Reporter 1.26 (just uploaded to CPAN), it should resolve your problem. Jos, you're welcome to transfer this ticket to my queue. - R.
