It looks like that if the server name is passed to the constructor with a trailing slash, some requests fail (like ticket linking). I've installed a patch in the master repo (with some basic tests) https://github.com/RT-Client-REST/RT-Client-REST/commit/dc82a893126ad7f8c213ab72545d87b445dfb4e4 I'd like to someone else to take a look, though.
