Hi, I wanted to test RT-Extension-HideWidgets 0.01 on rt-4.0.10. Hi Justin, I uploaded 2 new version 0.024 (tested on rt 3.8.1) and 0.03 (tested on rt 4.2.5). The problem is fixed with version 0.024 on my rt 3.8.1. It might also work on your rt 4.0.10. You can download it from http://cpan.metacpan.org/authors/id/O/OE/OERIS/RT-Extension-HideWidgets-0.024.tar.gz Let me know if it works for you, if not, I'll try to fix it. Hi Neil, Thank you, yes RT-Extension-HideWidgets-0.024.tar.gz seems to work for me. Just a small question as I don't know if it is expect behaviour. De global group rights seem only to have impact on users that are Privileged. My clients all have only access to the /SelfService, so I only have "Let this user access RT" enabled and not "Let this user be granted rights (Privileged)" So hiding widgets does not seem to work for these users. Hi Neal, Seems to work, thank you! I you have a Paypal account, I can buy you a beer. To complete 'hiding unnecessary info' I need to get rid of transaction information in the default ticket display as well. Hi Justin, in the past, I made something to hide 'unecessary transaction' for my RT. if the author of RT-Extension-BriefHistory doesn't resolve your issue, let me know. I can pack and share it, if needed. Unfortunatly, even if I like beer, I don't use paypal. But you can share with me any idea to improve RT. I'm trying to create usefull modules for it.
