Subject: Dependency on IO::Compress::Gzip should be on IO::Uncompress::Gunzip
The Makefile.PL and generated META.* files list IO::Compress::Gzip as a dependency. However this module is not used anywhere in the code. A module which is used in instead is IO::Uncompress::Gunzip. Please change the IO::Compress::Gzip to IO::Uncompress::Gunzip in the Makefile.PL. -- Petr
