Hi Alex! Today I took a look at your module Net::Domain::TLD. Good work! The list seems pretty updated. I found ".local" missing. Net::Domain::TLD has a strict mapping to the IANA list.
Extending it with a domain outside this list could change the expectations of the current users of the list. It could even be a security issue.

I suggest you to make your own module that would be a superset of this list by including this module at runtime.

By the way, see also https://publicsuffix.org/ because that is often what people care about when they speak about TLDs.
