It would be nice if you added the non-perl requirements of File::LibMagic
to the INSTALL file.
e.g.

If you receive an error "Can't link/include C library 'magic.h', 'magic',
aborting."
you will need to install the libmagic package.
On Mac you using homebrew ( http://brew.sh/ ) you can do it by typing
brew install libmagic
On Debian/Ubuntu type
sudo aptitude install libmagic-dev
