Hello,
I wanted to install this extension into my RT 4.2.6.
as mentioned I think I don't have to install the patch for my environment?!
So what I did is the following:
Perl Makefile.PN
Make
Make install
Change RT_SiteConfig.pm
Restart apache
When I want to open RT now, I receive an "internal server error" - inside of the Apache Logs I find this error message:
