A bunch of modules contain incomplete boilerplate POD which lead to broken and useless manpages after running them through pod2man. Here's the list (of the manpages)

Please either remove the POD fragments or complete them.
Additionally we have lib/Module/Install.pod (nice) and lib/Module/Install.pm (with incomplete POD), and pod2man creates a manpage from the .pm. Again, please remove the POD fragment from the .pm file.
