Subject: Version 1.39 not visible on metacpan (and other problems)
https://metacpan.org/release/BTMCINNES/UMLS-Similarity-1.39 shows a 404 error. Building the distribution with CPAN.pm shows the following problem: Package seems to come without Makefile.PL. (The test -f "/home/cpansand/.cpan/build/BTMCINNES-_5D6iJ/Makefile.PL" returned false.) Writing one on our own (setting NAME to UMLS) http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=UMLS-Similarity says: "NOTE: no report for latest version 1.37" It seems that there are some problems with the 1.39 distribution; maybe it's incomplete or so.
