Dear sir/madam, I installed the extension ReportSpam to try it out. It works perfectly, except the image is not found. It is searching for the image "http://hostname/NoAuth/images/empty_spam.png". And this gives me a 404. I looked in the plugins-directory and the image exists: "/opt/rt4/local/plugins/RT-Extension-ReportSpam/html/NoAuth/images/empty_spam.png". I deleted the cache in "/opt/rt4/var/mason_data/obj/" and reloaded apache. What am I doing wrong? Most likely this is a 4.2 compatibility issue, can you confirm your RT version? -kevin

L.S. I used the command: perl -I /opt/rt4/lib/ -MRT -e 'print "$RT::VERSION\n"'; It says: 4.2.3, so a conformation that this is 4.2 What can I do? L.S., I'm very new to RT and didn't install this version. Can you maybe tell me wat you mean with "0.13"? And do I have to upgrade RT to 4.2.5 now? Is it easy to upgrade and do you maybe have a page with some documentation about how to do that? -Kevin

Version 0.13 of RT-Extension-ReportSpam, the module that you reported a bug in. https://metacpan.org/release/RT-Extension-ReportSpam It contains a fix for said bug Show quoted text

You do not need to upgrade to 4.2.5 to resolve a bug in an extension. RT ships with upgrading documentation, upgrading within the stable 4.2 series is intended to be straightforward. You can read the change logs and the upgrading documentation on http://docs.bestpractical.com -kevin

Dear, Thank you for your help, I installed the update and the button is visible now. Only the tickets marked as spam are not found when I click on: Tools -> Spam -> Reported. They are also not found when using advanced querying: HasAttribute = 'SpamReports' Am I doing something wrong? I suspect you're marking as a superuser (or other user with DeleteTicket) and missing the important 'and not deleted' part of this documentation. https://metacpan.org/source/FALCONE/RT-Extension-ReportSpam-0.13/README#L54 This is something I hope to address in a future release, but RT does not let you search for deleted ticket in the UI. -kevin
