There was some confusion (see https://rt.perl.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=122228) where to submit bugs for this distribution, given the non-intuitive mapping between module and distribution name. Please add bugtracker information to the documentation.
Also, metadata fields exist for this purpose: see 'bugtracker' under https://metacpan.org/pod/CPAN::Meta::Spec#resources, as well as http://cpants.cpanauthors.org/dist/OO-DateTime/errors
