t/00-report-prereqs.t is being generated after the scan for prerequisites. It will be solved by https://github.com/dagolden/Dist-Zilla-Plugin-Test-ReportPrereqs/pull/17, which will hopefully land soon.

I'm out to lunch. this dist doesn't use AutoPrereqs - they're specified by hand, to avoid autodetection of optional prereqs. This is fixable today.
