Subject: Use of deprecated Any::Moose
As documented, this is now deprecated in favour of Moo - see http://shadow.cat/blog/matt-s-trout/moo-versus-any-moose/ for an explanation of why Any::Moose is broken by design. https://metacpan.org/pod/Any::Moose#DEPRECATION 日本語翻訳: http://blog.64p.org/entry/2013/02/06/094906

This package has been removed from Debian Unstable & Testing due to the dependency on Any::Moose. This is also most likely why it is also gone from Ubuntu Bionic. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=870708 Is there any interest in changing to Moo?
There is a dated PR which switches this module to Moo https://github.com/sartak/path-dispatcher/pull/3
Moo is now used, as of version 1.07.
