This is a bug report for perl from jim.avera@gmail.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.18.2.

With the ! modifier of an option specification, the option
can be negated with a "no" or "no-" prefix (e.g. --no-igncase
negates --igncase).
It looks like there is a bug where --no-xxx does not negate
if xxx is an abbreviation which uniquely specifies the option
but is not unique within the set of aliases for that option.
-> No error occurs, and the option is incorrectly set to 1.
