<bug-Net-GPSD3@rt.cpan.org>Hi,
I have been trying to utilise GPSD3 to actively poll a GPS receiver and for
near-real-time logging of mobile equipment movement.
I have successfully downloaded the module, and can execute both a poll and
a watch command without any problems. However, I have not been able to
read any TPV data. I have gone so far as to utilise the sample code which
has been provided with the module (perl-Net-GPSD3-poll.pl), and it fails at
the first instruction of obtain a "SKY" string. The following console
output is received when the application is run:
Net::GPSD3: 0.19
GPSD Release: 3.9
Protocol: 3.8
Can't call method "reported" on an undefined value at
/gpslogs/scripts/perl-Net-GPSD3-poll.pl line 24, <GEN0> line 3.
As indicated in the subject line, I am running a Rev B Raspberry PI with an
ublox NEO 6M GPS on an ArchLinux build, and GPSD 3.9-4. Any assistance
which you could provide would be much appreciated.
Thanks and best regards,
Eamonn
