Subject: Bleadperl breaks KinoSearch-0.315
As per subject, this time doubly so. v5.21.0-129-g8dab3ba is covered in https://rt.perl.org/rt3/Ticket/Display.html?id=122031 And CGI.pm is going to be removed from core and one of the tests fails without CGI.pm, so it appears now to be an undeclared dependency. HTH&&Thanks, (Disclaimer: this was discovered by statistical analysis, I'm not speaking as a user)

Thanks for the heads up. It's time to remove KinoSearch from CPAN, since it's been superseded by Lucy.

I feel the visibility of its "deprecated" state is not presently high enough, and I would request a new release with no fixes other than to sort out the elements of best practices listed here: http://neilb.org/2015/01/17/deprecated-metadata.html

The present deprecated notice is very easy to overlook if you're not explicitly looking for it.
