Looking at reports like http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/d08f53dc-e81f-11e3-a86c-4e298806f0e4 it seems that most plugins referenced here simply don't work anymore, which is quite limiting the usefulness of this task. It would be nice if only plugins are listed which actually still work.
