Please support the 0.4 protocol

The reason I'm asking from you to support the 0.4 protocol, is that it doesn't require modification of the RSS file (which is a very hard thing to do with the XML::RSS module) to add the link element there, but with 0.4 you add a Link: header in the HTTP headers section (that's more doable). Another reason is that the Google hub doesn't have full support for the version 0.3 protocol. If you can't do it, I'll be happy to provide a pull request if you tell me to. Thanks,

Thank you very much for your feedback and your suggestion (I wasn't aware that there are problems with the Google hub and 0.3)! I hadn't the time to follow the latest spec yet, but I agree that this definitely should be covered by M::P::PubSubHubbub.
