Subject: Unexpected error messages in test suite
See http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/97c372d0-d94d-11e3-b2ee-de6ce0bfc7aa for a sample fail report: 'Connection timed out' is expected, but 'Network is unreachable' is actually returned. I also noticed that the error messages are localized if LC_ALL or LANG or so is set to a non-English locale.
