Tests should use $^X instead of perl

See http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/cb6860f2-de5f-11e3-a074-df2373305bfd for a sample fail report. Here it seems that the system perl is used for some tests (you can recognize it by the presence of "/etc/perl" in @INC, which is unique for Debian's system perl). Regards, Slaven

Thanks -- that's patched, should be fixed in 0.32 (just pushed to PAUSE) with a bit of luck.
