Subject: CPAN::DistnameInfo isn't included in the fatpack version
Near the end of the run the dist_surveyor_packed.pl script aborted saying it couldn't find CPAN/DistnameInfo.pm I needed to install CPAN::DistnameInfo locally. Seems like it should be included by fatpack but wasn't.
