Me neither, and in this case it was lintian (a Debian package
checking tools which also has a list of common spelling mistakes and,
AFAIK, only this grammar/wording problem) which detected this issue.
And it was all it found, otherwise I would have reported more :)
I doubt I can be a big help with my limited en_AT knowledge but I'm
happy to forward anything that either Debian users or lintian
detect in the future.

That's where the experts for English in Debian sit; not sure if they
have resources to checks CPAN docs but who knows.
Or you could ask on the Debian Perl Group's mailing list
(debian-perl@lists.debian.org) if one of the native English speakers
might be willing to go through the POD; after all they might also be
users of Text-CSV_XS :)
