This should be fixed in 1.69.

Yes, 1.69 builds fine, thank you! Though it gave me a warning that: Appending installation info to D:\Perl\perl\lib/perllocal.pod dmake.exe: Warning: -- Target [install] was made but the time stamp has not been updated. DROLSKY/DateTime-TimeZone-1.69.tar.gz D:\Perl\c\bin\dmake.exe install UNINST=1 -- OK but I consider it harmless. WBR, Andrii
