If you have yavascript on, this link scrolls down to line 38 where there is the version given as 2.0.98.2cvs (even though the distro name says 2.0.98.4). I was told that this is the reason that metacpan has less than optimal links for makepp. See my report to them at https://github.com/CPAN-API/metacpan-web/issues/1172 if you're interested.
