Subject: Restore --icon pp option
Why was the --icon option to pp removed (see r1407 at http://svn.openfoundry.org/par/PAR-Packer/)? It is mentioned by a lot of existing tutorials/documentation/whatever and, besides, is just genuinely useful and we have been using it for quite some time -- and so I was really surprised to discover that it is no longer there. Could it please be restored? If not (but why?), what is the recommended replacement?

- pp --icon/--info sometimes generated a corrupted executable - Windows-only feature - implemented by delegating to Win32::Exe anyway Show quoted text
