Subject: Undeclared depencies on Perl::Critic::Pulp::PodParser and Pod::Escapes
Version 84 brought Perl::Critic::Policy::Documentation::RequireFilenameMarkup which requires Perl::Critic::Pulp::PodParser (line 56) and Pod::Escapes (line 30). These new dependencies are not declared in the Makefile.PL.

Ah, sorry for the Perl::Critic::Pulp::PodParser. That's provided by this distribution. So the only issue is the Pod::Escapes.
