The test suite currently fails with the message
Test::Builder::Module version 0.99 required--this is only version 0.98 at /usr/perl5.19.11/lib/5.19.11/Test/More.pm line 23.
Probably you have to upgrade your bundled Test-Builder modules, or maybe better, switch from a Module-Install based install to something more stable like Makefile.PL.
