Subject: error installing 64 bit version on Windows Server 2008 R2

Hello, I just downloaded the strawberry-perl-5.18.2.2-64bit.msi and I was unable to install to drive D: without it rolling back. When I chose the default location, it worked fine. This is a new install on a Windows 2008R2 Server that had no Antivirus or previous versions of Strawberry Perl installed. Thank you, Ken Show quoted text

Actually, 5.18.2.2 seems to work with the command line install (and all the switches for logging). If I don't use all the switches, I can't change the destination drive and get a successful install, but with all the switches, it works. Show quoted text

MSI installer was redesigned in 5.20.x series. Please try latest strawberry perl 5.20.1.1. If no new response appears here I will close this ticked 2 weeks from now.
