Subject: Don't check for presence of Ogg::LibOgg in Makefile.PL yourself
Please don't check the presence of Ogg::LibOgg manually. Declaring PREREQ_PM should be sufficient, and especially does not prevent installers like CPAN.pm to install everything automatically.
