After a distribution has been released for a week or so, there should be cpantesters reports for it across most perl versions (and certainly the latest dev (5.19.11) and stable (5.18.2) perls. This metric (two metrics?) would give the dist a passing grade if there is at least one PASS report filed for the dist. (If there are no PASSes, this would indicate either the distribution itself doesn't work, or one of the prerequisites does not work -- either way, the author would certainly want to know!)
