Subject: Dist name is wrong in metadata
Hi Miko, The release name for your Array::OneOf module is Array-OneOf, but in the META.yml file the dist name is given as: name: Array::OneOf Ie the module name, but this *should* be: name: Array-OneOf This can cause problems for tools / people automatically processing CPAN distributions, which is how I came across your dist. I generated a list of all such dists: https://gist.github.com/neilbowers/10060761 Would you mind regenerating the META.yml and doing a release with the correct metadata please? If you don't have time right now, or have lost interest in this dist, or Perl, then I'd be happy to do a release. I would also resolve the other ticket, and make the distribution 'CPANTS clean'. My PAUSE id is NEILB, if you're happy to give me co-maint permissions. Cheers, Neil

I'd be happy to give you co-maint. I don't know the procedure to do that, but go ahead and make and post the mod if you like. Thanks! miko On Thu, Apr 24, 2014 at 6:14 PM, Neil_Bowers via RT < bug-Array-OneOf@rt.cpan.org> wrote: Show quoted text

If you login into the PAUSE web site, then select "Change Permissions" on the left sidebar. Then click the "select" button next to "3.1 Make somebody else co-maintainer". Select one or more modules from the list, enter NEILB in the text box, then click on "Make Co-Maintainer". I just noticed that your other dists have this problem as well. I'm happy to do releases for any you want to give me co-maint on. It doesn't look like you have github repos for your dists, so I'd create repos for them as well. Cheers, Neil
